Nahra Nova operates the website nahranova.eu (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and all purchases made through it.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place orders.

We are a Belgian business offering a wide range of quality consumer products across multiple categories.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using the Site you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and Information
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, slight variations may occur (e.g. colours on different screens). All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable Belgian VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but the price at the moment you place your order will apply.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of the contract. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order (usually when we dispatch the goods or send a shipping confirmation).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors).
6. Delivery
- Free standard delivery on all orders.
- Delivery times are typically 1–4 working days (depending on your location and stock availability). We will provide tracking information by email.
- We deliver to addresses where shipping is offered at checkout.
- Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery (or upon attempted delivery if you are not available and the carrier leaves a notice).
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right:
- Notify us before the 15-day period expires by email to info@nahranova.eu or via our contact form.
- Return the goods unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Free Returns We offer free returns within the 15-day period for any reason. We will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Money-back guarantee applies as advertised on the Site.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or digital content once downloading has begun (where applicable).
Damaged or Defective Goods If goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge before we have dispatched the goods. After dispatch, cancellations are handled under the returns policy above.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product descriptions, design, etc.) is the property of Nahra Nova or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
10. User Content (Reviews, Comments, etc.)
If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and distribute that content on the Site and in our marketing materials. You must not post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.

You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the proper working of the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems
- Post or transmit harmful, abusive or misleading content

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including mandatory Belgian and EU consumer protection rules), our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities), except in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. personal injury or death).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Belgian or EU law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nahra Nova harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
